Matthew Gross, Managing Director
Matthew Gross launched the National Property Research Co in 1999 as a demographic, market and economic consultancy practice.
Since then, the business has contributed significantly to the creation and development of more than 50 state and national award-winning projects.
Matthew acts as a Business Liaison source to the Reserve Bank of Australia; he’s been a director at the Urban Development Institute of Australia; Chairman of Enviro Development Australia and provides services to many well-known blue chip, publicly-listed developers in Australia; as well as other internationally based firms.
He is a prime source of integrated market knowledge and analysis for many local government administrations, as well as the Queensland Government.
His role in many not for profit sectors has evolved strategies that continue to yield improved incomes through repurposing of older assets.
Matthew’s expertise and project work have taken him to Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, America and New Zealand.
